"Microsoft Corp and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited have applied to the Court for a declaration that the Courts of England and Wales do not have jurisdiction to hear ValueLicensing's Claim; and/ or for a stay of ValueLicensing's claim against them because the Courts of England and Wales are not the most appropriate Courts to hear it.
Microsoft Limited has applied for a Court Order striking out ValueLicensing's claim against it because its pleading discloses no reasonable grounds for bringing its claim, and has applied for an Order for summary judgment against ValueLicensing on the grounds that ValueLicensing has no real prospect of success and there is no other reason why its claim should proceed to trial. The Court has listed the applications to be heard on 30 and 31 March 2022."
