A fourth case management conference, including the summary judgment application, has been listed to commence at 10:30am on 20 November 2024.
In the application filed on 14 December 2023, ValueLicensing is asking the CAT to make orders striking out parts of Microsoft’s Amended Defence, specifically two of its alternative defences and its purported reservation of rights to plead foreign law, on the basis that they have no real prospect of success.
